What actually makes Leosmart different from a regular trunk?
Four things you feel within the first hour: a 1.65-inch bonded waistband with a silicone stay that does not roll, a 3D ergonomic pouch with no centre seam, flatlock bonded seams instead of overlocked ones, and a MicroModal and Supima cotton blend at 18.5 micron. Everything else on the site is a detail of those four decisions.
Will the waistband roll or the seat bag out?
That is what the testing is for. The waistband is shape-tested to 100 washes with no roll, and the seat is checked for bagging over the same cycle, so the fit stays where it started.
Which size should I order?
Size L (waist 32–35 in) is our best seller. If you are between sizes, size down for compression or up for a relaxed fit — the size guide lists waist and hip measurements for all five sizes.
How do I look after it so the colour lasts?
Machine wash cold at 30°C or below, inside out, with like colours. Skip bleach and fabric softener — both break down elastane — and line dry in the shade rather than tumble drying. Garment-dyed fibre holds its depth for 50 washes on that routine.
How long does delivery take?
Retail orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered pan-India. Metropolitan cities typically receive orders in 2–4 working days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD and prepaid are both accepted across India. Free shipping applies on all orders above ₹999.
What is the exchange policy?
Retail orders carry a 7-day exchange window. Keep the piece unworn with tags intact and contact us to arrange the exchange.
How does ordering and payment work?
Place the order on the site or send it to us on WhatsApp. No payment is taken here — our team confirms your order, shares payment details, and dispatches within 24 hours once it is confirmed. COD and prepaid are both accepted, and shipping is free above ₹999.
Do you supply retailers and distributors?
Yes. Wholesale starts at 50 pieces per style and size mix, bulk pricing runs from ₹550 per piece, and production takes 10–12 days from confirmed order. Custom waistband branding and private labelling are available on the same terms, produced as a sample for your sign-off first.
